Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay at the hotel, primarily citing severe cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as problems with pests like mice and cockroaches. Many reviewers also complained about poor service, including rude or inattentive staff and unresolved issues with amenities like the TV and towels. The breakfast was frequently described as inadequate or misleading compared to expectations. While a few guests mentioned neutral or slightly positive aspects such as bed comfort or location, these were overshadowed by the overwhelmingly negative feedback regarding hygiene and service.
