Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, with many highlighting its proximity to the beach, city center, and ease of parking. The service, especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the host Giuseppe, is also frequently mentioned positively. However, several guests express disappointment with the breakfast, describing it as minimal or lacking in variety and freshness. Issues with bed comfort and cleanliness are also noted, with some guests finding the beds uncomfortable and reporting insufficient cleaning or maintenance. Overall, while the location and service are strong points, improvements in breakfast, bed comfort, and cleanliness are needed.
