Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of the staff. Some found the breakfast decent or enjoyable, but many reviews noted issues with cleanliness throughout the property, including dirty bathrooms, worn sheets, odors, and maintenance concerns. While some guests felt safe and at home, others were dissatisfied with the lack of amenities, poor upkeep, and inconsistent service. Overall, the positives centered on location and helpful staff, but cleanliness and facility maintenance were recurring problems.

Pros (+) not much
Cons (-) My AC was not just broken, it was blowing hot air (in July!) and they couldn't fix it and they couldn't move us. We just had to unplug the unit and let it attempt to cool down, which in July was not happening. Also they couldn't give us any type of compensation because I "prepaid online".
