Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's pool and some spacious rooms, highlighting them as standout features. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff and lack of information at reception. Cleanliness is also a recurring issue, with several guests noting dirty rooms or inadequate housekeeping. While some guests enjoyed the room size and amenities, the negative experiences with service and cleanliness detracted from their overall stay.
