Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to beaches, restaurants, and city attractions. The friendliness of the staff, especially in the restaurant and housekeeping, was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, and several guests enjoyed the pleasant views from their rooms. However, there were notable complaints about the pool area being too small and overcrowded, uncomfortable beds, and some negative experiences with reception staff. Additional criticisms included extra charges for amenities, lack of space by the pool, and inconsistent service. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and some aspects of service, but there is room for improvement in comfort and facilities.
