Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and convenience for exploring the city. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor bathroom conditions. Service was mixed, with some guests noting friendly and accommodating staff, while others experienced a lack of reception or impersonal check-in processes. Opinions on bed comfort and value for price were divided, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed by old furnishings and basic amenities. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, while cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
