Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, often close to the beach and city center, and some enjoyed the breakfast variety. However, a significant number of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Service also received criticism, with complaints about unhelpful or insufficient staff and delayed responses to issues. While a few guests noted good value for money and friendly staff, negative experiences with hygiene and room maintenance were prevalent.
