Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near the beach and city center. However, many reviews report negative experiences with service, mentioning rude or unhelpful staff and inconsistent enforcement of hotel rules. Cleanliness is also a concern, with several guests describing rooms as old, small, or not well maintained. Room size is another common issue, with multiple guests finding the rooms cramped or in need of renovation. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, service, cleanliness, and room size receive frequent criticism.
