Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the friendly and helpful staff, the clean and enjoyable pool, and the hotel's convenient location. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness and maintenance issues, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, poorly maintained facilities, and broken furniture. While some found the rooms spacious and the value for money good, others were disappointed by the lack of family-friendliness and problems with amenities. Overall, the positive experiences with service and pool facilities stood out, but cleanliness remains a major concern.
