Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for visiting the Sand Dunes, as well as the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and beds. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, contributing to a positive experience. However, breakfast received frequent criticism for limited variety, quality, and dietary options. While some amenities and the value for price were appreciated, issues such as noise, dated decor, and occasional maintenance problems were also noted.

Pros (+) The lady who checked us is was super nice and very friendly. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) Facilities are old, and lack of maintenance shows. Marijuana smokers stunk up the hallway. Lack of counter space makes sharing a sink tricky. We won't be back.
