Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were largely dissatisfied with their experience at this hotel. The most common complaints were about poor service, including unhelpful or rude staff, issues with refunds, and unfulfilled requests. Cleanliness was another major concern, with several guests mentioning unpleasant odors, dirty rooms, and inadequate housekeeping. Bed comfort was also frequently criticized, with reports of uncomfortable or poorly maintained mattresses. While a few positive remarks were made about location and occasional friendly staff, the negatives far outweighed the positives in these reviews.
