All of the sit-down restaurants require a little less than business casual wear. For men, this means long pants or leisure, non-athletic shorts. Women dining at these eateries should opt for a maxi-dress, dress shorts or capris paired with a short-sleeve top. Restaurants requiring this dress code include the El Dorado, La Adelita, and Sumptuori restaurants. The buffet restaurants and bars, however, do not have these same rules.
