Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's outstanding and attentive service, with many highlighting the staff's kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. The historic atmosphere and traditional ryokan experience were highly appreciated, making many feel as if they had traveled back in time. The food, especially the local and traditional dishes, received many compliments for its quality and taste, though a few guests found some meals lacking or too large in portion. Breakfast was also noted as a highlight by several reviewers. Some negative feedback focused on amenities, such as the lack of an outdoor onsen, small bath areas, or limited shuttle service, but these did not overshadow the overall positive impressions.
