Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, charming and authentic atmosphere, and friendly, helpful service. The pool and beautiful decor were also frequently highlighted as standout features. However, some guests noted issues with noise, particularly from the kitchen or common areas, and a few mentioned minor drawbacks such as lack of certain amenities or expensive breakfast. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making it a highly recommended stay for most visitors.
