Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to Kankaria lake and the city center. Breakfast receives positive mentions for its quality and variety. However, many guests express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as cockroaches, rats, and poor maintenance in rooms and washrooms. Service is frequently criticized, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff and unaddressed complaints. Value for price is also questioned by several guests, who feel the hotel does not meet expectations for the rates charged. Overall, while the location and breakfast are appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and value.
