Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to metro stations and city attractions. Some reviewers found the staff to be friendly and helpful, with a few positive mentions of the restaurant and breakfast. However, many guests reported significant issues with cleanliness, poor service, and maintenance, including problems with bathrooms, room conditions, and staff behavior. Value for money was a common concern, with several guests feeling the hotel was overpriced for the quality provided.
