Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, reporting issues such as stained and unhygienic bedsheets, bed bugs, foul smells, and pest infestations. Service was frequently described as rude, unhelpful, or unprofessional, with several complaints about staff behavior and lack of responsiveness. Bed comfort was another major concern, with many mentioning uncomfortable or broken beds. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's location and found it suitable for short stays or considered it economical, though these positives were far outweighed by the negatives.
