Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Taj Mahal and beautiful views from rooms and the rooftop. Many reviewers also mention friendly and helpful staff, contributing to a positive experience for some guests. However, cleanliness is a significant concern for many, with several reviews highlighting dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and poor hygiene. The bathrooms are frequently criticized for maintenance issues, lack of hot water, and missing basic amenities. Overall, while the location and service are appreciated, improvements in cleanliness and bathroom facilities are needed.
