Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and accommodating service, highlighting the staff's willingness to go above and beyond, such as waiting for late arrivals and helping with personal needs. The tranquil and scenic location was a favorite among those seeking relaxation or outdoor activities. Breakfast and restaurant offerings were generally appreciated for their quality and variety, though a few guests found the breakfast or dinner options limited or not to their taste. Rooms were described as spacious, comfortable, and well-suited for families or groups. Some negative feedback mentioned the wellness area, especially the sauna, and occasional dissatisfaction with food portions or quality, but overall, the positive aspects stood out.
