Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the exceptional service, friendly and attentive staff, and the hotel's prime location. The restaurant and food quality are also highlighted positively. However, many guests are disappointed with the closure of the main pool and note that the hotel is old and in need of renovation, with some complaints about cleanliness and outdated facilities. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and hospitality make for a pleasant stay.
