Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its outstanding service, highlighting the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, who often went above and beyond to assist with recommendations, transportation, and special requests. The breakfast was frequently described as delicious, varied, and well-prepared, with special mention of accommodating dietary needs. Cleanliness was another strong point, with many guests noting spotless rooms and daily housekeeping. The location was also appreciated for its convenience to local attractions, the port, and public transport. Some minor drawbacks included issues with air conditioning, Wi-Fi strength in rooms, and the need for transportation to access certain areas, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed any negatives.
