Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, the majority of reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms, stained linens, and maintenance problems such as broken furniture and malfunctioning amenities. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding staff helpful and others noting unresponsiveness or lack of attention. Opinions on bed comfort and breakfast were varied, with some positive mentions but also several complaints. Overall, while the location was a strong point, cleanliness and upkeep were major concerns for many guests.
